EDMONDSON PARK

Revitalising former Defence land including the heritage Bardia Barracks, to create the Edmondson Park town centre project, a brand-new train linked suburb in southwest Sydney. Our people directed the Stage 1 masterplan and rezoning approval of 425ha land to accommodate 8000 new homes for 20,000 new residents.

We directed the design and construction of significant estate infrastructure including roads, parks, sports fields and stormwater civil infrastructure, a primary school (integration), public artworks, and the heritage adaptation of the former Bardia Army Barracks. Land sales were conducted via 2 stage tenders.
